There has been some really cute stuff coming out lately!!! I'm late with these, and we're all onto new events I know... but I've been busy teaching myself to rig so I am unfashionably late, which should really be the name of my blog let's be real. X'D

On my beloved Libaby and myself we have a onesie by Moon Elixir, and the socks and slippers are from them as well. It looked too cute and warm not to pick up, and there's a little flap on the back for some booty peekin'!! Credits today will not be full and 100% accurate as I was playing around the day we did this and did not save the outfit!!! DUNDUNDUNNNNN~ I'll do my best though from memory!! Rant below, skip it for credits! Read just above it for pertinent information. <3

There's a lot going on in both RL and SL that I'm having a hard time understanding. IRL with all the gun issues and cannabis issues; yes we all know I am pro cannabis considering it's one of my biggest medications. In SL we went from people supporting those who created original mesh to supporting those who are outsourcing mesh because “who cares, everyone does it?” but like.. we should all care, in my opinion. You as a regular un-modeling person has been made to believe you have to begin modeling yourself to have a business here, or to have a place in SL itself outside of blogging and in designing. Some of these people are not doing this, however, they're sending pictures and money to someone else to make these models and saying they've done it.
As someone who has learned to 3d model, in my years attempting to learn because it's fun and as a hobby; I've become a modeler for more than a small handful of stores. The people I've met that helped me learn and teach me also model for other stores, in the background silently. When I began learning to mesh this was happening, so it's true.. everyone does do it... but... what's the difference between that and using a template in SL? I don't see one. Someone else is modeling and rigging and baking and then the textures are edited in a baking program and photoshop for textures. People aren't talking about this though, they're just praising people. I have a hard time praising people I haven't spoken to and know they at least have modeling knowledge of their own or do some of their own work. I haven't supported people I know use other modelers and refuse to learn for themselves because 'it's hard' or 'they can't understand' or 'it looks too boring I just want to texture.' As a disabled person with a chronic illness that causes my mind to completely shut down for days at a time, I've not only learned to 3d model on my own with just the aid of friends in our preferred teaching method but I've also gotten well enough to impress myself, which embarrasses me and keeps me from wanting to push much with Tanoshi because I feel narcissist like to be impressed with my own work; but I've never had a way to visually express my creativity before so it's enthralling.
Meanwhile other stores put their names next to stores they 'work' with to try and remain relevant after being called out on not doing their own work.No one notices though, because we're all caught up looking at only what's right in front of us. I've been watching from the background for a while and I can say without a doubt that I won't be leaving SL over it or anything sad or dramatic like that, but I felt it was something that needed to be talked about because in my mind as bloggers we are the people who are supposed to tell the consumers who is worth purchasing with. Not because they're popular. Because they're well made, done by the person who has put hours to days to sometimes weeks of work in to them alone or with just one or two people helping in different parts that they are transparent about having; like Tanoshi being five people. We work together to learn, we help each other. One of us scripts, four of us model and we keep teaching each other the modeling stuff we learn, and three of us texture and help teach each other what we learn. Everything released from Tanoshi is hand modeled by the people listed on our website and each release is explained as to whose hands went in to the work of it so you guys know exactly who and what you are supporting. All releases are done by percentages so every employee can see just how much their work was appreciated. I go the extra step to ensure no one's ripped off or disappointed to the best of my ability with Tanoshi, and so do every single one of the employees with me. I really don't like what's become of the blogging community in SL. I've purchased things bloggers made look amazing that were rigged terribly and looked awful in world but was from a 'popular' store. However, rather than just complain or silently wonder what we're all doing I've decided to make it clear what I think/feel blogging should be about and continue blogging my way. Not because someone's popular but because their work is well done and from what I know of them they do it on their own or percentage out to their modelers so no one's getting ripped off on sales.

I'm leaving for two weeks to go to Canada for a break away from all the messes in both worlds! I don't want to deal! My life is finally getting back in order irl and I'm following goals set out and doing really well, which is why you guys have been seeing more of me.

But for now I'mma GET OUT XD At least for a little while. Then when I come back I have a few cute outfits to show you. Also I want no IMs in world I am not speaking a word about who I know does what. That's not my lifestyle. I'm here to show you Kreao's adorable skirt, because I've watched her grow for years! I also have on some heels by Reign that went with an outfit Blueberry released a bit back, and am showing off a Blueberry group gift. I had no idea how many stores still did group gifts since I hadn't been shopping for so long, and I have to say I'm really happy about it. I also have a bunch of Zombie Suicide accessories on, as well as a pair of eyes! I hope you guys enjoy all the goodies I'm showing off and have a great two weeks! Think hard and decide what you want your world to be about because that's what SL is guys, our world. We can change the things we don't like if we really don't like them. I've been living peacefully and happily with just one incident when I decided to try and be social again before I realized I am not a social creature. XD Peaceful and cute as can be, because with peace I can flourish and bloom as beautifully as I want; and I assure you that you can too. :* Sweet days, loving evenings, and endless fun. <3

We got that love, the crazy kind~

Fetish Fair and Kinky are upon us so there's some cuuute fetish gear on the market right now~! :3 I decided to show you guys a cute combo I like wearing when the lights are out using two semi-innocent outfits? ;D

So the one set, the white upper and lower harnesses are actually from the Akeda set which was a tube top and shorts released by Vinyl a while back. I'm wearing both harnesses without their counterpart clothing. (Thanks for giving this option!!) and the black lines up the stomach, and the bows above the nipple clamps are the harness from Pixicat's Sailor Bodysuit from a while back. The very upper harness at the neck is from a store called Wa Kotolier which was a Gacha at a cute event a bit back. It has a leash down the back.. kekekek! The ballgag with the leash on it is a new release from Zombie Suicide at the Fetish Fair, as well, and is probably one of very few new things I have on! Wish Upon a Star

I hope everyone's new year has begun well and that happiness, light, and love shine upon all of you. My first picture of the year is inspired by the new beginnings most people feel around this time. Nostalgic over years past, hopeful over days to come, and renewed in purpose as if the year changing is a sign to change within ourselves.

I'm hoping to be strong and courageous this year in terms of caring for myself and getting to where I want to be mentally. Each year I get closer to where I want to be, thankfully with the help around me, and within this year I plan to make some changes/moves I've been avoiding for a few years. One of which will be bringing myself back to here. As a blogger I've never felt good enough or artistic enough. As blogging changed I decided I didn't want to keep up; I like showing items off more than myself. To me it's the objects I'm showing that are and should be the focus, not my avatar or the beauty I've attained here; unless it's being shared for you to also obtain the same look. (Or close, I keep my shape to myself.) I'm not talented enough to mix the two, I felt, so I backed out of doing it at all outside of things I thought were really fun/adorable to show everyone. I enjoy taking the pictures, though, and dressing up. I enjoy getting the credits in order (less now that they're so hard but I've developed a way to get around that for myself! <3) I'm going to get back to doing the things I enjoy and I hope you guys can enjoy them with me. <3

Oblivion; a letter from a fan.

I think there's nothing sweeter than... welll.... nothingness. It's what I crave and long for. A time before the time where chaos began, a time before expectations and social acceptances. A time before... everything. This next song expresses that in a way that I feel is almost like a spell, cast to remind people that nothingness isn't something to fear... and if your perception is correct it can even be quite a meditative state~ I put on a casual outfit and have on my tears and sad eyes still because this lil' kitten is still sad. (Not getting in to why, we're staying positive!) I wrote the writer of these songs a letter I'm going to put below the picture and above the credits, to help you guys see a little bit of the personal/fantasy based writings I do. Enjoy!

Grampy named you Penny, yet you had no idea you were far more than plenty and I'm glad he showed you that you needed to be empty. The energies and moments of unease which created your masterpiece has now shown not only me but many others OUR inner peace.

As the center spins around, and you navigate us through your treacherous waves you've shown us stars birthed from thoughts and sent adrift on flows that ease our souls and remind us that within us we have the same courageousness, same strength; we are as soldiers standing brave.

You say for a heart to open it has to break, so you're sad yet happy...

Why do we feel the need to fill the void once broken if that openness is our salvation? In expressing loss in verses set across expanses even imagination wouldn't dare stop you've shown us we have the same weaknesses, the same needs; we are but universes born in to humans too unaware of being our own demise.

It's odd, I find myself wondering if we're even fit to call you something as simple as Penny, when your existence to this generation is as revolutionary as copper was to the electrical industry throughout history. Will you change us on the inside through reflecting the same brilliant shine as the cent has changed with time? I know aluminum has changed the fate of the way you coil, dazzling copper, but without you to have laid the way... Without Penny to lead the way, on what currents would your beautiful words flow?

From the mind, to the mic, to the wires that connect our currents; your words with ease bring me back to current when I've become lost adrift on the seas of my own distant and fearful future possibilities or memories. Locked away within walls deemed safe by demons that won't let me play, I began my journey a month before you grace my city ti the day. It's the second time I go, as I'd fallen the last time and lost my way... it was when I'd heard your words on Pandora that clearness and peace again began to stay.

I won't be able to see you, oh dear miss Jhene, but please play with the energy to feel from my home on this, a day the universe coincidentally gifted me. A day the universe set in to motion for us both, unknowingly on your side that the meaning would be so grand. It was a time when I'd fallen the hardest, and giving up had almost been planned...
