Shut in/Shut out

I'm cannabily medicated for my fibromyalgia, and smoking makes me think quite a bit. Am I a shut in? Or have I been shut out? By the world and people around me... I wonder... I like to think I'm a shut in and it's by choice, and with this thought I am at peace. At my happiest I am alone with some tunes and in no pain... so, I sure do think it's that I'm a shut in!
