Awaiting with a warm heart~

One of the hardest things to do is change, especially when you know you have bad personality traits you know need fixing. Meditation is hella key to accepting the things you don't want to, I feel, and beginning to see the paths you may need to take in changing them.

I have adorable goodies on that I put on while skittering around my friends' sim I'll be leaving you guys the LM for since it's very scenic and good for pictures!! This top is a mix and match up from CX and Cubic Cherry with a FREYA FIT. I'm -so- happy. XD I've been in and out of it for days because of it!! Skin Fair Teasers 1

With skin fair coming soon there's more and more previews for you, and I have joined the ranks of showing you the goods! Today I'm showing you the new skin release by .:Soul:. With their normal closed Cupid's Pout Kisser which is another new release by them for their skin fair. I'm not particularly a fan of how small these lips are, but the lipsticks that Nox made for them are GORGEOUS so I did what I could to make them a little a fuller to show you just how gorgeous they are. I hopehopehope you can see enough! These lips have already been reviewed on a mouth review older post of mine. Hair is a newbie from Catwa which I absoutely L O V E and outfit is from we<3RP! Eyes have an overlay over them from Truducken from a little one's event that I fell in love with. Gyazoo of the sparkles at the end!

Super Early Goodmorning around the world! Very Early/late post from me, hm? I'm not going to be posting on Monday since you're getting a post now because I have a Val coming to live with he and she'll be here today! :D Exciting times! I however am going to be cleaning for a while tomorrow because the cat started shedding and I'm allergic! XD Oh wonderful, wonderful spring time! It's magic and it's charm... the bugs.. the dander... the allergins... the REAWAKENING OF LIFE. At least it's all cute and pastel, right?

This adorable dress is a new Easter release by Charm, it's one of a two set that are super cute. I went with the Bunbuns because I love Bunnies! They're so cute! >~<!! I love the pink and blue colors so so sooo much. Best pair for it with my love of modesty is this amazing Bunny Bomber hoodie by The Sugar Garden which you can snag at Seasons Story. It's soo perfects with the little tail and the bow on the ears and just aahh. ;~; So much love. The Lolita Haven Sim got a cutie new store the other day, Pantsu Hunter! They have cute M3 mods which got my attention but these rose leggings stole my -heart- So much that I bugged the owner until she made me appliers for my azz. (Ok it took 20 seconds to convince her lmao but still) you can grab these with the applier at the Pantsu Hunter main store.

We all know that accessories are like my favorite part of an outfit and oh so fun for me to play with. A bunch of things shown have been snagged from the Eden Rising event, Collabor88, Happy Bunny Gacha Fair, and 100 block. My favorite of the whole boat are these Gyaru heels from Violent Seduction which you will be able to pick up when this round of Kustom9 opens. The BOW. The PEARLS. The LACE. The SHIIINE. In times of need she looks to the stars

The sky has always been somewhere I've... been entranced by. Perhaps that's why I oh so adored the last found of C88 for being super nova. It's so mythical and mysterious, it can hold all the good and bad anyone can imagine, but cannot reach. It represents goals, wishes, darkness, and fears all at once. It's as if it, in itself, is balance...

BEGIN RANT THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CLOTHES

Balance is something I think is important to have in life, and with too much of a tip on one side of any scale things are bound to fall one way or another. In times of needed balance, I think it's nice to look to the sky and try to gather my thoughts. As my anxiety began increasing, my sky grew ever darker, to the point there was nothing to look up to any longer. Within all that darkness lovebug became my one glimmer of light. Now life is trying to dilute his shine until it, too, is nonexistant. It'll never happen, of course, I'll always see his shine... but I've become really aware of a few other stars that have sprung up in my sky recently. Almost painfully aware.

At first it was one simple shine, and then two, and before I knew it I had my own little stary sky. I'd like to give a little mention to those people. Those who, in dark times when neither lovebug nor I can actually think outside of our panicked state can give us advice through a clear mind. Those who, despite arguments never belittle how much one has done for the other and not only acknowledges the importance of our roles in each other's lives but respects that not all can agree and that sometimes if it's too hard you just have to walk away because when it comes down to it some people are just bad for each other. Those who, despite not thinking they have a large role say little things that can not only cheer me up but make me feel like I have meaning.

Lili, Pepper, Val, you are all quite bright stars in my sky. <3

I noticed more though, all the girls that come to hang out with us every Friday night, be it for the freebie Gacha doubles we give out or the spam of new lolita prints or mention of stores where you can get cheap/quality stuff or custom sized stuff to bring our fashion love in to the real world or just people who adore to stare at us jumping around in our frills and grace us with your presence. You're all stars in my sky. :]

Designers who don't give up no matter how they're crapped on or misjudged. Hated, or trash talked... belittled or downed... those who have the fight, you're all stars in my sky. Well, not just designers. Anyone, really. The strength to push on no matter what makes anyone a star.

Each and every one of you who come to read my ranty posts be them about clothes or about random goodies, you're all stars in my sky. <3

Stars are important, and in times of need... I look to the stars.

Need a star? I'm Chobii Resident in world and I can't guarentee that we'll get along but I can promise I'll try! Maybe my group of stars can grow, and yours as well. :D <3

END NEEDLESS RANT NOT ABOUT CLOTHES

I think my facination with the sky is also why I loved this dress so much. Yes, it's lolita, too, and that got me... but it's a template and I try oh so hard not to blog too many of those. Not because those who just texture them are doing less work, but because I feel like everything begins to look the same with templates and that designers who take the time to not only 3d model, but also rig and hand paint their own textures derve a little more show than they get on a lot of the blogs I see. Recolors on templates are oh so common, but someone who uses them as a guide to create art in their own little way is still a treat. I feel like this dress is kind of there. I love the added ruffle that makes it long enough to cover my knees (Which pleases me since I think knees are a little.. weird? XD)

THESE SOCKS are another thing that pleased me oh so much. They're from my newly beloved Buttery Toast, who you've all heard me ranting about before. They're called the Ribbon Socks and they're not even her newest! Just WAIT until I show you the toeless ones. HNG!!! I think ALL of her socks are worth a pick up! THESE THOUGH. The lace, the bows, the lines along the sock that gives them a little hint of realism. THE BOWS. Did I mention the BOWS?! I really love the work she's done on her mesh skirts, too!! I really need to shopping spree there!! Later this week I have adorable cat body suits from her to show you (Maybe tomorrow, even!) soso keep an eye out, and here's a LM!!!

Last oh so honorable mention of tonight are these AMAZING heels by Mango Cheeks which can be picked up in the first room of Chapter 4. You get TWO PAIRS of SLINK MEDIUM HEIGHT shoes for 199L Not only are they AMAZINGLY (I feel like Billy Mayse<SP?) affordable, but hnngg the butterfly type bow on the back makes me cream! Good thing the stockings are white, hm? ;D

Casual cutie 2 to go!

Tomorrow is the WONDERFUL (I hope) day where I will learn whether or not lovebug gets to come home! I'm soo excited... I took a LOT of drugs and still can't manage to get sleepy. XD One of lovebug and my -favorite- things to do tohether is game in causal and comfortable clothes, so I grabbed the group gift feom Charm, hit up a few Gachas at The Spread The Love Event (Since it's going to end soon y'know!!) and got my little Chocho buddy together with my awesome gamer purse and hit an arcade in SL up!

So I need to rant for a bit about these AMAZING garters that Violent Seduction has made. They work on not only the cute ass, but also the phat azz with a little adjusting. They're fully resizeable mesh, so really they'd fit on -anyone.- 100% hand modeled and textured, like everything from the wonderful Violent Seduction, but HNG <33 Love it. Hair is a mixture~ I wanted to be cute. XP

Lots of talking && love for friends and more~

I've really taken light to this whole... generalizing thing that I do lately due to some incidents in my life. I say everyone as a whole is bad, due to some bad individuals I allowed to invade my space. Luckily I have an amazing lovebug and great friends here to back me up and not only remind me when I'm doing things that are negative and not progressive to my mental health and wellbeing, but to show me that the believe that I don't hate everyone, I just hate certain individuals can still ring true. Tonight I'm showing off a dress by Katat0nik which makes me super happy just by looking at it. It's not lolita, but it's comfortable and modest still... with a sense of innocence and adorableness that I don't believe could have been captured better. I feel like what's shown in this dress is part of what I love about the friends I remain closest with.

I've had some bad run ins with everyone I've known, and while things come to be not how I expect or want sometimes, lovebug has taught me to accept things as they are. The people I keep around are the ones I can tell my feelings to and have them do the same. Accept them as they are and not try to fight for who is and isn't right. In the end, right doesn't matter when it comes to people's thoughts and feelings. If something is there it's because something else brought it to life. These people can take and understand that and give more thought to whether or not they feel they, or I, need to apologize without jeapordizing the entire friendship and repeatedly defending themselves through snide comments until a fight breaks out. I've had a LOT of the other kind of people in my life living in Philadelphia most of my life where it's common to use the idea of 'brotherly love' and stab your brother in the back if it can get you somewhere in life.

It was so common that I not only accepted and welcomed these kinds of people in to my life but sought them out as they were who I was comfortable with. Since April I have moved away from there and have been learning a lot about myself and what I do and don't like that people do. I'm what my therapist likes to call logic sick, so she's spent some time with me working on just liking or disliking things. Not, “I don't like this because blahblah logic how it is terrible and awful and against common sense and shouldn't exist at all” Just, “I don't like it because it makes me feel bad” feelings are another thing I'm very not used to... which is why I try to encapture things that make me feel good on my blog just because they.. make me feel good. With no reasons other than that.

This scene is one of those. I've always loved the idea of baking holiday cookies and getting down and dirty and covered in flour and having a blast and laughing in a small homey kitchen with close friends or family. It's never been something I could live. Closest was when I'd bake cookies with my aunt sometimes in the year or two I lived with her. Happiest years of my life, even still, because I was normal for once. In FL away from the bad influence of Philly. Working and making friends and following the things I loved heavily. LIKE COWS. Why I filled it with Half Deer's Yaks. <3

These details are another. People can slap textures on to premade mesh dresses all day and while some may do a damn good job of it, nothing can take my breath away more than seeing the hard work put into not only completely meshing a dress but also creating a texture just for it. One that has the perfect look of a knitted sweater with to die for little polar bears in them. Hng. <3 I may like a lot of work from a lot of designers, but in the lolita world there is no one I respect more than Pepper and Kat because their stuff is all original mesh and textures. (Some people even take textures off the internet. :/ You people should seriously do some research and see what you're paying for!)

People like my Aubsie, who I got a little pouty and standoffish about after her visit because I felt she was ashamed of me only to realize it was her own discomfort of having met someone from the internet irl (something I do often) that left the impressions I took as something else. Came back as just who they were before they left even despite me becoming standoffish until our friendship was where it was because of all things, her strongest point is understanding unbiasedly. Which is funny because she's spoiled rotten, so being able to see things from my poor and horrid part of life is rare.

People like my Lilis who is the sunshine on my raniest day and comes through with life and world experience as well as logic and inside understanding from a pshycological standpoint because we've gone through and react to things in similar ways. Doesn't matter how down I am, a few minutes of her skittering across my screen in her cute Aos and talking me through things can help turn my frown upside down. She's as beautiful inwardly and outwardly irl as she is on SL and I am super lucky to have her brought in to my life randomly by a lolita not lolita fair that I was hating on. We give as much as we take from each other, and it's something I love more than anything else. Never are we left playing tug-o-war and trying to get more rope or more of the friendship on one side than the other. If we need a day to pout and throw toys, we have it. If we need support, we have it. I fluffs my Lilis. <3

Peoples like my Caxy who despite not having a lot of time makes me feel like the time he spends with me is one of the best parts of his day. Someone who never once hit on me (Thankfully but he is gay so maybe it's because I lack the peen? XD) or tried to get weird or sexual on SL even though he's a male and that's super rare. Most of my other male friends make things suuuper awkward sometiiimes. He's fun and funny and enjoys my sense of humor and being around me no matter how crazy I am. Be it up or down. If I'm hyper he's there to rile me up. If I'm down he's there to listen to me rant... and even after I rant there is never permanent judgement passed on the things I rant about. Say I tell him lovebug's a big meanie? And then the next day say I was just huffy and lovebug didn't do anything, even if I SWEAR he's a big meanie, Caxy just sees him as lovebug and not as whatever monster I painted of him while huffy. I, of course, give him the same when he needs it, and try to help through logical understanding (Lol logic sick ne?) as well as emotional understanding.. but I fail at emotionnnnnss! All in all we have a tons of fun together and spend nearly every day together without getting sick of each other or having any fights at all~

What I love about all them, and the others that I keep in my life and close to me now, is that they know how to be all about themselves in the ways needed to be to progress with their own lives without being harmful to others. I attract people who are harmful, and I'm learning every day not to. Thanks guys, and everyone else out there who has learned how to be all about you enough to take care of you without harming others; be it financially, emotionally, mentally, physically, or a mix of the group. Being strong is really something to look up to. Thank everyone for their strength around me as I find my own. <3

Toxic are the people who cannot peer into the reality of others. This is something I live by. :'D I look into all realities whether or not I agree with them, and expect others to be able to do the same. Because of this, I don't have too many friends.

Luckily I find solitude amazingly calm. Nothing's better to me than a sweet set up in a comfortable area where I can just chill and not have to worry about the rest of the world. Be if friends, fauxriends, family, or otherwise.

My look today is inspired by the amazingly comfortable feel you can get simply with just some nice things and time to yourself. Or with others, if you like people. I've heard everything is better when shared... it's just not in my reality for that to be true! XD

A lot of the things I have shown can be found in the 25 for 25 hunt. I loove this because it's 25 stores offering items for just 25L each. The designers don't completely lose out, and people who are looking for something cute and not too expensive get to get their fill! Also shown today are goodies from the Arcade, and the Holiday Sweets and Treats fair. Have you been over to either yet?

On me are some new jeans from Chaaarrrm. I really like the relaxed look of them. They're not loose looking but not crazy tight. I really like the little cut on the knee that gives them the look of having a little worn in time, and they make my av's bum look -great!- I also have adorable antlers and a little tail from Half Deer's new Gacha at the arcade, which I am in love with and will play at least 100 more times before the event is up! I also have on a super cute bag and sweater which are from the 25 for 25 hunt!! <333 25 L for this cuteness! Sweater also comes in pink and bag has two others Go check 'em out!
